This is the official home page for the Deerfield Village Homeowners Association. We've created a site designed to provide all residents of the Deerfield Village community with information about the Home Owners Association along with other activities happening in the neighborhood.

Also, due to the increased traffic, remind your children to play safe over the weekend and be mindful of cars driving through the neighborhood.

Association Assessments

You can now pay your annual association dues online through Community Association Bank, a Division of First National Bank. Instructions for making your payments are available on their website and from your invoice received from the Affordable H.O.A. Management Services, Inc., our neighborhood's association management group.

Neighborhood News & Information

ATTENTION!!! --- There have been numerous recent reports of burglary and theft in the neighborhood recently. Be sure to keep your cars and homes locked and secure at all time. Be sure to report any suspicious activities immediately to police.

There has also been problems in our neighborhood with vandalism as well. If anyone has any information regarding those responsible for vandalism in the neighborhood, please report it to the board.

Complaints
Most of the complaints from homeowners lately have been about pets! Please keep your pets controlled in your yard! If you have a complaint about loose dogs, please contact Animal Control.

Another common complaint is children/people running/walking through people's yards. Please respect your neighbor's property and privacy.

Safety
Please make sure you are cautious while driving around the neighborhood! We are a young neighborhood, which means a lot of children playing.

Cleanliness
Sometimes, coming home can be a little disheartening! Some homeowners have let their yards go, still have Christmas decorations up, or just have litter accumulating on their property. Let's all pitch in, and make our neighborhood look like we care! This not only improves the overall quality of the neighborhood, but also ensures a higher market value for homes when they're up for sale.
